Shipping depends on the type of the chosen freight (AIR 7-10 days), (SEA 30-45 days).

Most items are shipped from our HQ located in Poland. There may be some stock available with one of our dealers (please check the availability here)

Your order (depending on its scope) will be delivered:
- by Fedex - if the order is small
- by a specialized Freight Forwarder - if the order is large
In both cases PENT. Is not responsible for utilizing the package the equipment is delivered in.Your package will be delivered to your doors by a Tail Lift Truck.
Be aware that the courier is not obligated to bring the package upstairs, unpack, and/or help with moving the package inside your home. Make sure you have help if such a situation arises.

PENT’s 3 main components are:

Warranty is granted for 24 months. Except when the equipment is used in commercial environment - in this case the Warranty is granted for a period of 12 months. Please find the Warranty Card here.

Yes. A sample (50x50cm) of a leather you would like us to use for the equipment will have to be sent to us for expertise. Once approved, you can either provide us with more leather of the same kind or let us know where to buy it.

Our Team of qualified Designers are responsible for preparing and designing renders which are consulted with a Team of Technicians, who in turn, incorporate the prototypes into production.

We prepare our equipment for individual orders, therefore each project is unique and suited to individual preferences and requirements.
We can have the designers look at your floor plan and propose some equipment. Please provide a .dwg file.
We charge 2000 USD for a floor plan/visualization project. The amount is then reimbursed (incorporated into the offer) once the offer is finalized.
The price includes: a floor plan with the proposed equipment, 3D visuals of the space, specification and 2 design revisions.

- special preferences (yoga, heavy weights etc.)
